First off, what are your thoughts on wheels from ebay? I think these would look great on my car but would love to see if anyone else has done it. I love the blacked out look... Does anyone have any good ideas where to look for a set of OEM that are reasonable? I am just a little sketched out about spending money on replica wheels from ebay...

Would love to see pics if anyone had gone for a similar look.

Thanks!

Replica 167's by miro seem to be recc'd here by fellow members. In fact they are one of the few replica wheel brands and styles recc'd here it seems. PM member john@eurorev or the boys over at trinity autosports for pricing (nerweezy and/or r1racer).

If you are going to go OEM, try gary @ newport bmw (25% off to e60.net members) info here:

You could always find a local vendor to powdercoat or paint them black. If you go this route, I recc going the powdercoat route.

When you get the chance, post your location and some info on your e60, it helps to answer questions and provide local support for vendors close to you by members in your area

Not sure if you've looked into 166 wheels also, but there is a nice set or powdercoated black ones for sale right now for a great price, check it:

and finally, the search bar is a useful tool when looking for pics and mod assistance/ideas.

might want to specify which blue

thanks for the replies. I have used the search function a ton but haven't seen my car with them yet. I live in corona del mar, ca. I believe my car is mystic blue. It is the lighter of the two blues that were offered in 2005.

I'll check with trinity on price for the 19's soon.

I think some tinted tails would finish that look nicely
