Does anyone know if there is a keyhole cover for the driver door or the trunk of a 2008 e60? I've done a few google searches and only found stuff for other BMWs. I will rarely use the key, so I'd like to cover up the exposed keyholes.

For the driver's door. What you can do is buy a RHD passenger door handle and replace your driver's side.

I just thought of something, if I put one of those little inserts in I would not be able to lock the door with my comfort access since you have to touch that area of the keyhole. I don't think there is any solution that would work around this (other than using the fob directly instead of CA, which I don't want to do). Oh well.
