Any rubbing, particularly in the front? My OEM 166 wheels look pretty close the lip, particularly in the front (I have stock sports suspension). Rears don't look as close even thought I have 12mm spacers.
No rubbing at all

Here are some pictures with Eibach prokit and Bilstein sport shocks and strut
GL Pare!
i have a 2004 545i that has sport suspension, im on h&r springs now so if you want i can sell you my oem front sport shocks for cheap since i dont really need them. also since youre just experimenting, in case you dont like the setup afterwards at least you didnt pay for brand new shocks meaning the loss wont be that much. let me know if you want them.

I don't think it will work being you have a 545.
looking at your pics, the drop in the rear doesnt look right to me, are you sure they are installed correctly? i know the eibachs give a smaller drop in the rear but i didnt think it would be such a big difference vs. the h&r's. i mean thats how my rears looked before i dropped it.
heres a pic of my drop with h&r sports...the eibachs should only be .1 higher
