I'm getting those M5 wheels to. Just don't know if I can justify the price for the PS2. $1300 from tire rack.

Hello Mark,
This is the best setup for a 545i.
The wheels are the most visible change in our car's look. OEM Style M166 and M167 are the best looking in my opinion.
The M166 for light colour cars and the M167 for dark color cars.
285/30 is not so low profile, (85.8 mm unfitted) so don't be afraid so much of the pothholes.
Mine is 265/30 (79,5 mm unfitted) and i'm very careful on the road.

I do know this - the change with 166 wheels and PS2's is enormous! You will feel connected to the road, and you will wonder why they put runflats on the car in the first place. A huge improvement.
