First of all, the picture I included in my signature is not a good representation of the tint. It is not that dark.

Here are my reasons for having gone with 50%.

1. Do not want to get tickets for tint.
2. I want people to see me in my car.
3. Heat rejection is fantastic with Formula One at any shade
4. My interior is black, therefore 50% will look a little darker than it is.

Suntek lists the Carbon Fiber series at their highest quality product without metal. Several of the other lines have metal in the tint.

For $150 you think it was carbon? Nope... jsut the regular metallic based one. Carbon would have been another $50, totaling $200 which isnt bad. But I'm not worried about reception. the NAV antenna is in the front windshield not rear.
