I have an opportunity to steal a set of M3 67s. I am fairly certain there is no way these would fit on my 2007 xi, but I wanted to reach out to make sure there is not some way to make it work without me knowing. Any helps is greatly appreciated!

I am looking at 67s on realoem.com:

it would seem that they will fit, but you will need a spacer up front and the back might need to have the fenders rolled. Worth a try, if the wheels are available to test-fit. How much?

Rolling the fenders is not a hard task, if you can find the tool. I have never done it, nor know anyone who actually owns the tool, but this is extremely google'able - get to it and prove you're not a total nooB
I'm also guessing the E46 M3 tires will not work. You'll need 245/35/19 fronts and 275/30/19 rears. You might want to experiment with stretching the rear tire a bit to fit into that wheel well. Problem is, if you go with a stretched tire, you're playing a dangerous game with the differentials, because the overall rolling diameter is hard to calculate. But if you run the 275/30/19 tire, you'll definitely rub, so you'll have to roll the rear fenders. Once you do roll them though, it will sit really nice and flush

I have to admit, I am curious what it will look like. And with this kind of budget, you can customized the CRAP out of them!!!
