It will def. save you money on the add-on itself, but the fitment could be a big issue, ESPECIALLY from Ebay. My local body shop told me they charge more to get the fitment right, so it could be a hundred to couple hundreds more than the oem kit. I'll rather pay little more for the quality.
My 2 cents

I kindda remembered the one Krozi used to haVE ON his sig, it looked pretty good IMO. so as long as mine can look like that I would be a happy camper. If not I'll just wait until one of the members is selling a painted (jet Black) Mtech front, lol.

Actually, can we painted ourselves?? How much would that paint be??

I know I would love to get the Mtec front, and is not expensive the mtec is only like $299. I was actually about to buy it but the problem is the install, they charge me about $800 to get the f**king thing painted and installed, so I guess i gotta look at alternatives bc I'm not willing to spend more $600 in total for a plastic that goes in front of my car.....lol

go to a few other places and play them off of each other for prices

my shop up here wanted $1k a bumper to paint, I got them down to pant both bumpers, front lip, sideskirts and mirrors for $1050 otd

On my old 545, SonicMS painted AND installed my whole kit for $1100. That was back in 2005. I think their price now is around $900 for everything due to more competition.

we did member Krozi's. but we've had reports of the ebay ones not even coming in looking right and had to be heated up.
Thanks again

I heard the cheap ones on eBay come in a non-protected box all twisted up and bent. The need to be heated to get them back to form...also they have really poor quality molds and are very pitted...they need a lot of layers of primer along with a lot of sanding to get them to look good...you'll end up paying out your ass for paint...

thatlooks nice, I think I'll be happy with just that, instead of the whole mtech bumper.

I am not sure about fitment though, I mean it's going to fit, but the underside is a little warped because I went over a curb...

I'll just bring it to the next meet for a test fit
