Hi everyone, new here. I've done a lot of research before posting but i have not found any real, straight answer. I have an e60 pre lci and just installed an m5tec bumper. what options for a front lip do I have?? I now umnitza sells a Hamann style lip for that bumper but aside from Umnitza what other lip fits that bumper? Do the front splitters instead of a whole lip sold for the m5 fit the m5tec bumper?? Also, how much different are the m5 and m5tec bumpers? Maybe someone modified an m5 lip to fit the m5tec??

i was just talking about this very question with another forum member today. i couldnt find a answer if a lip for a OEM m5 fits the m5 replica bumper. he did tell me about a recent post on a lip

im going to try out a m5 lip from ebay and hopefully it works. something about them seem like they all come from the same vender. a buddy with a real M5 here has a ebay lip on his, and the quality and fit was perfect, too much hassle for me to take his off and put it on mine, so im just going to order it soon and just hope it fits. ill update in a few weeks with results.

 

Nope ... not to rain on your parade ... OEM M5 bumper has different dimension w/ M5Tech ('cuz it's a hybrid of M-Tech & M5 bumper) and it's been discussed so many time...
