Does any one know what type of lights they used for this car?

I have seen these on MB and audi too.
you can just get LED 1s from ebay which are much cheaper and better.

So it doesn't matter what type. Just led's that can be exposed to the outdoors? What about turning it on and off?

you can add a switch next under the streeling wheel to turn on & off
for me I link it up to the door lights, so when I open the door then turn on and close door off.

but if u turn on the interior lights (the center domes), then the underbody lights will light up as well. I would wire it with the under mirror lights but to get to it, is a monstrous job!

That is so rice, come on you drive a Bimmer not a cheesy Honda; please don't do it! Cars get pulled over ASAP where I live if you have lights underneath.
