Light bulbs for the rear license plate?

I've noticed some e60s out there with a white light for their rear license plate instead of the stock yellow
Does anyone know what kind of bulbs do i use for that? where to get? and also a installation guide?

The bulbs are not hard to change takes about 2 mins to do both of them. I got my grills painted at my friends bodyshop in pasadena,ca
