Jimbo, I think that was Rizbel's post. In that post, Rizbel pointed out that the replacement bulb was not as bright as the 5W original. I found that to be true and chose not to modify after trying the bulb.

Jimbo,
IMO, the 4 LED white (that blinks amber) is fine. Its to warn drivers right next to your car anyway. At that distance and angle your amber flashes should be visible enough to announce your car's presence. Like I said, most cars don't even have them ...ie Japanese and American cars, German cars like BMW and Volkswagen do have them. I decided on the brighter hyper white polarg bulbs. For looks the 4 LED is fine.


Update:
I've switched to a six LED 194 clear to amber. They're brighter than previous 4 LED 194.

can anyone tell me if "angle eye" is a standard for E60 or not?
