I got my led bulbs yesterday in the mail. I never got a shipping confirmation, they just showed up. I ordered them Friday and got them Monday. Turns out the shipping address is in the same city I live in. 
I haven't installed them yet but once I do I'll take pics. The bulbs indeed look like they have electronics (resistors) built into the bulbs.
