Got them in the mail from Jcool today.
When you get the error message, just turn the LEDs and the error will dissapear.
This is one of the easiest mods, even for me without any knowledge of lights.
So I installed them directly, took me 5 minutes.
And yes it does look 'cool' in the dark
Enjoy your new look!

Just received my LED pair. Very nice piece of tech there, all circuitry intergrated in the bulb. My previous licence plate LED setup involved the external resistors which got really hot. This is a smart and OEM-like solution + they are bright as hell - love' em !

cheers for the Euro GB John (great packaging as well) !

UPDATE GUYS..

Today I got an ERROR MESSAGE on my Idrive saying my left license plate bulb was malfunctioning. Im going to switch the blubs from left to right and see what happens before I go order some more. I've only had the bulbs three weeks! Anyone else experience something similar with these LED's from eBay?
They were working perfectly fine for about 3 weeks...

Thanks for the replies in advance...
