LED Upgrade for Door/Side Mirror Extended Lights Package

Anyone been able to upgrade the LEDs on the door/side mirror on the extended lights package? I like the light shooting down from the door/side mirror but it isn't bright enough. Where I work, it is very dark with potholes. I would like a brighter LED light coming from the side mirror. Here is a picture of the LEDs I'm talking about. Let me know where I can get replacements that are brighter.
