is 7507 the fitment size of the tail light bulb housing?

Nope. you need resistors to use LEDS bulbs.

Yes, 7507 is the bulbs in the rear turn signal.

Phi, its different setup for the Tails. I did it with mine since I dont have the LCI tails anymore. You have to attach the resistor similar to the "Reverse LED" setup i came up with a few months back.

I sell the rear LEDs too. U can splice into the factory wires for the resistors or solder it onto the bulb.

Its easy to do man. But it is slightly more than just $20. If you ever want to see, I have them installed on mine and I can show you the setup.
