Got them on mine. (Smoke). My gallery has a side shot and you can take a look. Had them about a year and I like em.
No they're not tacky, Yes SUPER enthusiasts will pay more attention to the badge then anything else about them.
To each is his own. Everyone will have their opinions about your car but whichever one you get will still be better than what you had

Thanks JR! They do look pretty good from what I can tell (no close up pix) so I am assuming here you didnt have any fitment issues???? I was a bit worried becuase the chrome line that supports the "M" logo and I looked at the shape of the fender and thought, that would not work. No mods, no nothing, just pop in place??
BTW, love your ride, very clean and not overdone IMHO!
Thx NeRwEEzy.....always happy to support you and Trinity and other long time board vendors, but I really like the look of the ones in my posting since they have 6 leds, I think they'll look good at night! FYI, I usually look here 1st when looking for parts!

Yea everything came in a box. If I remember correctly the chrome part and the actual LED portion needs to be snapped in place but its as simple as clipping them together. The ///M badge comes as a sticker so you dont have to put it on if you dont want. Chances of finding something else to fit that spot better than that is slim to none.

You know I thought about that......but I wonder (maybe Ill do a search to see if this topic has been covered) is that being a poser putting the "M Sport" Logo on your car??? Dont get me wrong, I definitely think its poser to put M5 badging on an E60 that is not, or removing a 545 emblem and putting an "M Sport" emblem on. But is it really being a poser using the "M Sport" logo in an application like this, or a license plate frame or any other select area??? 
they do strobe a sec on startup, and require a minor splice to install
IMO, putting anything M on a non M is poser, but if you like them, go for them. Depends on what your personal definition/view of M is right?

Man, opinion is like an asshole, everyone has one. If you think it looks good, go for it. I personally think it's pretty decent, just don't like the fact that the LEDs are orange. Don't worry about what other people think, you're the one driving it. (But really, if it looks terrible, we would tell you)
