I AM WAITING!!! LOL. I wanted to do one but needed CLEAN results. I couldnt think of one with clean results. And no stick-on LEDs. Tried to incorporate the e90 handles but it will be WAAAAAAYY too expensive.

I wish you could, they are different shape / size. so no go.

Now, I'm still waiting, According to the OP, he stated he cut a slit and put the LED in there. I'm not sure if its clean, but the pictures he put was pretty bad / I can't even recognize the door.

I have a theory now on what to do, but its still not a clean / sealed solution compared OEM solution.

I'll think about it more / work on it. I definitely think its doable (as you can see here, but not sure if its a simple job.

i think once you get the door handles off and have room to work with them in the inside, it shouldnt be a problem if you have the right tools. you dont have to be 100 % perfect in the cut since the LED will not be visible really.... looks like the hardest part is the running of the wire..

Yea, running the wire is simple. I just want to figure out a wiring scheme so that it turns on only when the mirror puddle light comes on when I turn off the ignition, or un lock the car. And have a relay on so the power source is cut off once you turn on the ignition. That's simple. But like i said, I want a solution that'll be an easy fix and dont want to mess up the door handle just in case u know.
