LED burn out light warning

When changing your rear license plate lights to led, will my idrive always warn me that they are burned out even if its not? Anyone know how to bypass all this?

Need a load resistor to emulate the old bulb's resistance.

will that include the reverse light as well, that one is not even lighting up?
what kind of load resistor should i use?
