Yes ofcourse because they have hydrogen tanks attached to them which assist in the torque generated via a exhaust built into the taillights

Anyway, can I get a price for the cables? Can you please PM me? thanks. Also, I have a 2006 550i and I assume that I would also buy the lights from you because you mentioned you get a discount on the OEM. Please let me know what I would need.
Thanks.

PM Sent. You actually deal direct with RoverActive but you get a better price via me than if you went to him on your own or via his eBay auctions.

Some people have asked for photos of the actual cables themselves. This is the best photo I could get with my phone.
So what you get are the two OEM BMW cables with the OEM plugs at each end and the Control box built into the cable themselves. It all simply plug and play. The only reason why the enclosures are Grey and not Black is because I cannot find a Black enclosure that is Flame and Heat proof to the extent the Grey boxes are. Ofcourse because all this is going to be hidden from view I didn't think anyone would mind.
One of our members here has agreed to write up a DIY install guide for the lights here using this cable set so watch this space.

Thats cool. Did I read that the light bars are not as bright as LCI cars? Something about V3 and V4? can someone explain that?

I think in the V3 the light bars were as bright as the LCI but some people felt it was a bit dim.
Also in the v3 the Light bars would flicker several time second, faster than the eye could see. So in v4 I made the light bars a bit brighter and they do not flicker now. But you could never see them flicker anyway.
