Sometimes DHL will pick this up from me at 5 in the evening and it reaches people in NY before 10 the next morning! I too wonder how DHL manage this, you get what you pay for I guess.
Many people have asked me to reduce my costs for shipping but I won't do that, because I know how eager people get when they buy something and the last thing you need is to wait and wait. Now if I can just get my supplier in Germany to ship the lights out using the same DHL I use that would be great. You would think that is doable since DHL is a Germany company, but no.....
