LCI Front Bumper Inserts

Was at the dealership today, and noticed that the LCI front bumper, non-sport has got a different insert design for the lower opening.
It's got a silvery bar across rather than black, and has a nice mesh behind. Does anyone know if you can retrofit something like this to the non-lci bumper?
