Hi All

Has anyone tryed to mount/re-fit the LCI-CCC in a pre LCI E60/61 ???

I have already the Nav. Prof. with the CCC for this , have got a 04/07 LCI CCC of E-bay , and would now like to mount/re-fit it in my pre LCI E60 , can see the Nav code is the same for both types ( SA609 ).

Until now I have been able to get the most functions coded and working on the LCI-CCC ( Logic7,TV.AUX,mp3,DAB,Telefon,Klima,HUD etc. ) thanks to the Ediabas NCS-Expert software , but the voice-control ( SA620 ) and the functions of the 8 bottons stil mis , do the bottons function have it's owne SA code ? anyone knows ?

Any help will much apriciated

voice control is a separate item that has to be "unlocked" via an upload of a file. I don't know if the ediabas software can do that.

as far as the buttons, i don't have them, but i thought they were just preset buttons, so have you tried holding one down to store something to it, like you would the older radio station preset buttons?

Hi 545felix

I know that about the voice code , and no , you can't do it throug the Ediabas , must be done with the SSS-PROGMAN at the dealership. ( I got the car specific code for my car )

No it is not pre-set botton's as we konw them from older radios, the problem is that thy worked when I first connected the CCC in the car , but after coding different options ( TV , HUD , Logic7 etc. ) the bottons stoped working.

I have found out that the function have it's owne code ( S6VAA ) , but the problem now is that the CAS modul do not accept this code in my 12/2003 E60 , so must find out if it is enough if I change the CAS-modul in order to get access to code the CIC modul.

So the "project" can show out to be more complex as I first did expect

me again

i have figured out myself, for someone with the same problem...

you must code CAPPL:

VA_FB
8_keys
VA_FB_AM_TOGGLE
aktiv
VA_FB_MODE_TOGGLE
aktiv
VA_FB_ENTERTAINMENT
aktiv
VA_FB_COMMUNICATION
aktiv
VA_FB_NAVIGATION
aktiv

and now the 8 fav buttons works

Someone knows a SA for this, so the automatic coding works?
