hello,

I just got set of replica M6 wheels for my friends 520d LCI and the front tyres came with 255/40/19 and seems like its hitting the shocks and not fitting, if install with 245/35/19 will it be OK? door jam says 245/35/19 max for front. Please advice.

245/35 R19 with the right offset wheels will fit without problems .

No...
255/40 R19 is the original size for M5, that's correct, but that size will not fit the non-M5.
The front fenders of the M5 are wider than fenders in a non-M5 E60.

also even if I installed the M5 fenders , it would have needed spacers to install those wheels
