That looks great! Where did you get the Orcal wrap? I don't know if it's the pic, but it looks glossier than other gloss vinyl I've seen. It does look like a panoramic roof.
While alpine white bmw with gloss black roof has a great contrast, I like it on your color since the contrast isn't too much and makes the car still look clean and classy without going "over the top" racy. Again, maybe it's the Orcal vinyl you used. My car is titanium grey and I've been debating getting mine done.

Update: ok so per the feedback of a few of you....and my roomate asking "that looks cool, but you forgot that little thing on the back there..." i decided to wrap the rails and the shark fin....it looks amazing! its all so very sleek. really took it to the next level. once its stops raining here in Detroit....ill drop in some better picks of the (now complete) roof and this amazing gloss black shadowline trim...

Where is the best place to order the roof wrap? I'm going to wrap mine having a shop install but I need to order the right amount of vinyl. I'm told there is a 30 and 48 inch roll? What dimensions do I need?

get a 60 x 60 wrap for the roof... check out metrorestyling.com thats where i got all my stuff. they are local here in Metro Detroit but they do a lot of mail orders.... hit the site and tell em that Chris sent you from the BMW forum and they should give you the best pricing out here.
its a lot of fun doing it yourself if you have the patience and enjoy being in the garage....its really not too hard if u want to give it a try. good luck either way and share pics!

you cut the vinyl to roughly the shape of the roof, leaving extra on the edges obviously, to overlap or "curl" into the creases. The vinyl is pretty plyable, so you take it and apply it, getting it to fit well on the roof. Then you take a heat gun and apply it while stretching and smoothing out the bubbles/wrinkles with a tool. If that all makes sense. search youtube, you can find a DIY video. I know there's a vid on the other vinyl wrap thread on the 1st page.
