coilovers include springs and shocks. you remove your old setup and bolt in the new. it's plug-n-play.

^^ I have a set which John helped install. Pretty straight forward process, though having the proper tools makes it a LOT easier. Michael and John will take good care of you.

+ 1 on that! I have the same set and have been a happier motorist since the upgrade. John (aka Tiny) is the man for the job if you are local to SoCal.
