From what Ive heard, nah! The real benefit is that you dont really need to buy a new filter ever year. Just keep reusing the K&N

OEM or K&N, a filter only works efficiently if it is clean. There is no real world power benefit to one over the other.
K&N is always defending their assertions.

I've seen plenty of dynos with stock filter vs almost every aftermarket filter and obviously depending on conditions such as weather humdiity etc... there was minimal to no hp gains. Like the poster above stated and my opinion as well, aftermarket filters are only good because they can be cleaned and reused. People using the butt dyno may beg to differ, but everyone has their own opinion on the matter.

You get about 10-30hp & ~40nm LESS, and in the worst case you get some other problems with motor too.

And believe me, i have seen that with my own eyes at dyno. And heard many stories, from Finlands best ecu tuner, who is making all the programs by him self.

Just get new OEM filter
