kidney grill removal/instalations

Hey folks I ordered the black kidney grills from Trinity Auto sport and I'm expecting them in a few. That being said could any body hook me up threw PM on how to remove and install. I tried the search and no luck or just lazy. If its no trouble please let me know, I dont want to wreck my virgin mod ride. Thanks in advance

if you use the search bar in the upper right hand corner of the page, you will find that there are MANY diy threads regarding grill removal and installation

My Ride: I have an 05 545i. It's a manual with a few options. This is my first BMW but I don't know how I'll ever be able to switch to something else.
