+1 Play around. I have mine set at full stiff and love it!

BTW, toyota2bmw was the Jason that Healthservices was referring to
With these coilovers (after break in) it seems you need to play with your settings to where YOU feel comfortable. I have mine set waaaaaay stiffer than toyota2bmw or Healthservices, but then I have a 530 which is lighter than their V-8 cars. Also, I like a really firm ride so my settings are 4 from full stiff in front and 3 from full stiff in the rear. I like it like that, but some might not. Play around with them and find the combo that suits you. That is the beauty of the amount of adjustment these have, there is bound to be a setting you like![Thumbsup](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/thumbsup.gif)

My Ride: 2008 550I LOADED, all options except HUD and NV

+1000, luckily I don't notice this as much since the roads in SoCal are MUCH smoother than NYC streets (except maybe near Downtown LA  )
Jason's settings (16 clicks from full stiff) are a pretty good baseline, and you may like that. It is close to the midway point of the settings (36 way adjustment means 18 clicks either way is middle) so you can always adjust to your liking from there
