I just removed the carbon filter on my 528i and it was an easy job, took about 10 minutes. While I was at it I cleaned my MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner. Took the car for a spin and it definitely seems to drive a lot smoother especially below 2000 rpms. Doesn't seem to "lag" / "struggle" at slow speeds.

Everyone should try it out if you haven't already.

One of my first mods. And even tho I'm not sure if it did anything I left it off. As it can quickly by added back on.

you should drop in a K&N filter while you're at it if you dont have one on there already
