They were pretty easy to install and the quality is great, aluminum color matches perfectly and they were only $35.00 including shipping.

I put the same thing in my wifes car, along with the footrest. No problem with leather or wet soles, they have rubber on them.
Are those original BMW parts? Can you post the part numbers?

They BMW ones look really nice!
Must also be easier to keep them clean.
Is there a OEM piece for the footrest as well?

I just ordered the foot rest also, I will have it in a couple of days. These pedals along with black kidney grills, and blk+wht roundels were all bought from one seller at ebay: http://stores.ebay.com/Good-Stuffs-4-U
He is a very good seller, returns e-mails, and prompt delivery. The total price for the pedals, including the foot rest, is $65.00 including shipping worldwide. The quality of the pedals is excellent, aluminum matches perfectly with other interior parts. The install took about 25 mins., you do have to drill holes thru existing pedals to install, but really no big deal.
