what year and model is your car?
I have seen 40 in front and 35 in the rears, Never seen 45 in front and 40 in the rears.
I might be wrong but isn't that too much for the profile on a 19" wheel ?

I'm extremely happy with my Nitto NT555's, a technition at BMW saw them and told me he has the same and they have been amazing for him too! They were included in the price of my wheel and tire package but I believe they cost around $800 for the four. GL!
