ISOFIX leather protector bar

My Ride: 530i Mystic Blue, Beige Leather, Sport, Premium, Prem Sound, Xenon, Nav, Steptronic, Power Shade
I ordered the ISOFIX bar for my 530i yesterday. (thanks for the part number!)
I now need to do the same for my wife's X3.
I have a part number, but dealer says they can't order it (its blocked from purchase in the buying screen)
here is the part# they had, 82-22-0-017-038
can someone look it up and see if it is a europe or US part number?
or if you know where i can order it -- that would be awesome.

ended up not needing anything for the x3 -- it has plastic covers that remove for easy access to the ISO mounts.
