I was just talking to someone who said that the dealer said you can't have the IPOD connection and the Sirius sat radio you would have one or the other.
Is this true? is there any exceptions?
it sounds like a bunch to BS to me.

My Ride: 2004 525i, Titanium Silver, Gray Leather, Premium Package, Steptronic trans, xenon adaptive headlights, sat. prep, no navigation, bluetooth, ipod adapter
I think the is BS. The ipod connection takes the place of the CD changer. You can't have an ipod connection and a cd changer, with a BMW ipod adapter at least. You could have a cd changer and a satelite radio before the ipod adapter became available, so I would assume you could have a satelite radio and a ipod connection (which is taking the place of the cd changer).

Hey guys, I was the one the dealer told that cannot have both Sirius and IPOD, since I have a 2005 530i with Navigation. I thought this was complete BS too, but would like to verify with the forum. Also, please look at the link it says that it will work for E60 without nav?

I have an 06 530 (USA Spec) with Sirius and the ipod adapter.
You cannot have the 6 disc changer and the ipod, but the ipod adapter and sirius will be fine together.
