IPOD MOST question

Ok I searched but have yet to find the answer to this 100%
I have CDC, MP3 Capability.
Plugged in the MOST kit and it doesnt do anything, will the MP3 SIB that allows you to use either IPOD or MP3 apply to me? The dealer doesnt know I can play MP3's and is charging $100-$200 for the programming.
If I can get it done for free, obviously I would do that.

pretty sure this means you have the MASK and not CCC so you'll have to get the programming
