Hello everyone,

I have an 04 525i. I installed the the iPod MOST integration kit about 7 months ago and purchased an iPod touch (First generation) to go in my glove compartment. It worked perfectly unlil I performed a software upgrade on my iPod from 1.1.5 to 2.2. and now, every time I shut off the car for longer than five minutes and restart, the song that i was listening to before shutting off the car will play again but will start over from the beginning, which is so annoying.

Is there a quick fix for that or will I have to somehow try to downgrade my iPod back to 1.1.5 ????

Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks.

that's normal buddy basically the car turns off and goes into sleep mode which turns the iPod off as well causing it to start the song over at which you left off.

But it never used to do that before the software upgrade that I did on the iPod. I used to pick up exactly from where I left even if the car was off for several hours. Is anyone having the same problem??
