Just got a price from my dealer on the Ipod Integration of ?470 + VAT. (This is the works with the Idrive control etc)

Parts are evidently ?170 + VAT but I require a code update (March 2006 build)which has bumped up the labour cost.

Seems a bit steep to me.

Anyone got any any example costs quoted by their dealers?

Cheers

Andy

Just to let you know, I had this done yesterday at Sytner in Coventry for ?250 Inc VAT. My car needed a software upgrade too so I think thats really good value.

I am a very happy chap!

If want to convert the dollars, I've been quoted a price of $375 US. That's I'm SURE MUCVH less than what you're gonna pay being our DOLLA, doesn't even get close to your loot. Make sure you're CD Prepped or NOT. That makes a difference. As I did yesterday, here's the link to help you out. If you were here in the states you could buy the parts for 25% LESS THEN HAVE THE DEALER DO THE INSTALL. Good Luck.

At the top of the Part's and Mods section, it's right there. Gary From Newport 25% off accessories and this is an accessory. I called already. Think he quoted me 225 for the part, it's normally 275 or 300 I think.
