iPhone + iTrip = RF talking on speaker?

as the title says, ive got an iphone and the itrip. is there a way where i can use the itrip as a Radio Frequency to be able to talk over the speakers?
Is there an application that i can install on my iphone that always me to do that using the Iphone mic? coz i dont think i have a mic in my car (weird huh)
