Okay, I was hoping to get this done before the meet, but I ran out of time so I am not as rushed to get this now. I definitely want to replace my wood trim inside. I'm just not sure what I want to change it to. I was looking at carbon fiber. I know black would look great, but it's impossible to find at a decent price unless I get overlays. I don't want overlays!

I was also considering the silver CF. I'm afraid the silver might look like an old Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am interior (does anyone know what I'm talking about?)

Then I found this: Dark Titanium trim

the "titanium" trim is plastic. the brushed aluminum one is real, hence the price difference. it looks great in person, whereas the titanium looks like painted plastic. It's duller than the trim on the steering wheel, if you have that. If you want the aluminum go on the m5 board and find someone that swapped theirs out. Note that the LCI cars have different trim on the doors, so you'll want to make sure you have the same generation as the one you're buying the trim from, and the trim around the M-ASK is different than the trim around the CCC, so if you don't have the nav, you will need to purchase that piece separately. Not a biggie.

also, neither trim is available for the rear console, so if you have wood there now you'll have to replace it with a black piece.
