Hi 12vguy

I don't have access to a USA car right now... but the switch in question is the rectangular switch that is located where the Diagnostics port is and bonnet release lever in the driver's side footwell - inside A pillar. The switch is between the diagnostics port cover and the bonnet lever.

All the Best

? btw, i think you can open the trunk from the outside by pulling the inside handle of the trunk above the license plate if the doors are unlocked.? so technically you still don't need the button.?

Hi All

Video filming of the instructions is now done. Need to assemble an edit on FCP and master. Probably won't have much time to do it this week because of work commitments and IAA, but the trunk retrofit kit should me ready to go out sometime next week.

All the Best

even worse is she'll probably not to use the inner handle to close the trunk but close it by push down from the trunk lid. leave some nice finger prints and scratches from her nails and/or rings .
