Installing Archos tablet

I need a new GPS so I was toying around with the option of getting the Archos Tablet ($160). I would mount the tablet inside the E60 and tether the tablet through my Droid to get 3G. It would be great and it has many benefits such as on long road trips can use it to watch movies or use it as a AUX device to get my music.
I have seen it done on a E60

I agree can't wait until I install mine! I forgot what member made this video.

Hate to rain on your parade - it is a nice setup, indeed - but having this installed in the front is certainly not within the (traffic) law.
Expect to pick up tickets/summons left and right; it's not worth it.
Besides, I wouldn't want to be in traffic with some moron who's paying more attention to his computer screen than the road while driving 65+ miles an hour. Those cell phone jerks are already bad enough, don't make it worse!

My Ride: 2004 BMW 530i
I use it as pretty much everything. Browser, video player, music, photos, applications, GPS, map, .... u name it.
Anytime i see a cop around me i change it to GPS, they dont care honestly.
Ive got unlimited data plan on my HTC touch pro and i tether it but, my fon is almost 3 years old, its Ef-ed up and over heats and battery dies quickly.
I got the Verizon Mifi broadband Aircard and i installed it in my car. $30 bucks a month for 3GB, not bad. Have internet anywhere i go

Yeah it freakin gets hot!!! might proly burn the fon or the processor easily if i do it constantly.
