Installed Xenon - Strobe Effect Occuring

I installed xenon lights from my stock halogen lights. Everything was installed correctly. I have no error messages but my lights are flickering like a strobe light. When the ignition is off, my lights work fine. With the engine running, I start to have some problems. I have read some posts about putting a ground etc. but need further help.
I have searched but cannot find anything about this.
Can someone help me walk through this process - I am a newbie about electronics

In my E46 I had the same problem, it was fixed by a reprogramming of the light module at the stealer which also deactivated the manual height adjustment.

can you tell how you wired the connection for the xenon lights. i wired the headlights my self and it does the same as yours. did you end up fixing the problem? if so, let me know how you done it.
