Talking

Finally got around to installing my new bov + pipe. The main reason I decided to go this route is because I am going to add water/meth injection and I do not want to drill the hole for the nozzle in my factory pipe + I just don't trust the snap-in setup they use on the stock diverter valves and snap-in to connect the stock pipe to the throttle body.... Sound is pretty much completely unnoticeable in the car while driving normally. If you get on her and release the throttle quickly it responds very fast, I find this valve responds faster than the stock ones and should hold high boost much better.

Couple pics...

If you don't mind me asking, how much did you pay and what company makes the diverter/blow off valve?
Riss, forge?

I will get some sound clips for you guys by the end of the day

geneatals, yup I figured the boys over here would like to see 'em too. looks like more folks are interested in the 535's here anyway The JB+ looks very promising! I am waiting on the JB3 1.2 upgrade with gas pedal map switching.

macfly, I think after the meth injection I will be done as far as engine mods. The car is retarded fast right now for a large sedan (for any car for that matter...lol)...I can run 0-60 in 4.7-4.8 secs just mashing the pedal from a dead stop all day long on $100 tires that are just unable to hook up at all...tons of power on the highway too. I am adding the meth injection which I will combine with the new JB3 1.2 map (I currently have map 1.0)... 1.2 allows you to switch between about 6 or 7 different maps with the gas pedal...I will run the "race" map with the meth injection turned on will give me the icing on the cake

+1 for the 535 'ers here than there. Not much action in that sub section over there. Agreed with the jb+ ( reads like a good "middle" tune), looking forward to that. All the different maps on the 1.2 version look pretty cool. And the results look great as well. Did you see that thread with the dinan flash + jb3 dyno

Anyway, happy motoring and have a happy new year
