This shift knob is shift by wire technology.
Everything is possible, but this is EXTREMELY hard to do and VERY EXPENSIVE.

Hi
You can make a modification where you just use the top of the knob , but that will take you to alter the wirring and print inside the knob to make the light's and position LED's to worke proberly , take a h... of time
but it can be done
