Inspection? once tinted

My Ride: 2006 525i, Premium,Cold,Xenon Packages
How u guys manage the car inspection? in majority of states u cant have any tint on windsheild or Front windows... so they will fail ur car in inspection.
I got 35% all-around dyed charcoal tint too.. not sure how to bypass inspection when the time comes.
Also I heard that you could a note from doctor saying ur skin has probs or something.

Ironic in that you will see most unmarked and local police cruisers with really dark tint. Guess that its ok they are 'blind' to justice.

Who inspects your car? Is it DMV or any local shop licensed. The reason I ask is in New York, you get your car inspected at any local certified shop. So even though tint is illegal there, your not going to fail. I don't know how it works in NJ though...
