Ideal coolant temperature ?

My Ride: 04 545i 6 speed 92 535i 5 speed 88 325i auto

today i was driving around and out side temp was very hot 28.5c and i checked engine temp through hidden obc, it was 100-104c while driving .
is it normal ?

I am living in a very hot weather, in the summer the temp can reach 55°C and engine temp varies between 94°C-96°C
