Okay i have a 04 530i i bought some 20 inch zenetti wheel for it........when i frist bought on my way home from the shop i hit a pretty big pot hole with the driver rear rim. now when i drive it at arounf 50 mph it start to vibrate. i got it balance at 3 different shop, none of them say the rim is bend. i did a test, i took that one rim off and put one of my stock on and it don't vibrate no more...............wat you guyz think it is should i just buy another rim or do i need something else

Sounds like you answered your own question.
You replaced the rim with another and no vibration. So I'd say a new rim.
But before you do that find a place with a Hunter Force wheel balance system to balance your wheels. They can actually simulate the wheel going down the road. So the system can balance much more accurately and also tell you if you have an issue with the rim or if its the tire its self. Good chance it could save you from buying a rim.
Check out a service center in your area with that equipment here http://www.gsp9700.com/pub/search/FindGSP9700.cfm

Sounds like one of those rare 19.5 inch Zenetti rims I've heard SO much about!
Seriously, I think you need to replace the rim..Sorry!
