Replicas were $700 from Lake Shore Wheels (plus shipping unless you also buy tires--I got General Exclaims installed for $1600 total). I spent $250 trying to make the vibration go away. The company forgot to send me the hubcentric rings, and I now have a huge ring collection from 4 different places.
OEMs are $1440 plus shipping from Bmwwheels.com ($1600).
There is also a great used wheel market for these OEMs in good condition.
I thought about driving my $54,000 car with even the slightest vibration, and I thought that it is not worth it. If you ever saw the movie "Contact" with Jodie Foster in the vibrating room with the vibrating chair, you would know what I am talking about.
I spoke to someone at wheelsandcaps.com (Bryan) and he seemed very nice. His wheels are made in Italy rather than in Hong Kong, and he said he would take any bad wheels back. Even so, this is just not worth my time anymore to think Replicas. I bought a real BMW, and it is nice to have real BMW wheels.

I place the order this morning for the OEMs.
I hate to ask the repetitive question, but what is the best size for rear H&R spacers for the OEMs?
With the replicas, I needed 20mm. I had ET32.
What size spacers look the best? Are the 20mms going to look too big? I still have them on my 17" OEMs (because I could not get them off) and they look pretty good.
