Hello all,

Well I ordered and received the M5 i-drive knob I was looking for a couple of weeks back. It arrived and I installed it. It is awful pretty, I think it is made out of aluminum, it is very light! I think I reduced my unsprung weight by about .005 grams or so! I got a good deal on the price ($50.00). I will probably be selling the leather one I bought a couple of months ago so if you are interested let me know. I know that the wood is dirty so no comments please

I ordered it from Sterling BMW in Newport Beach CA. My salesman lets me use his discount for all the parts I need, so I don't think you can get the price I did. I will get you the part # if you want, I just have to call them.

IMO, I looks more like an aftermarket although I know it's real M5 knob. I saw it in person, but I still see the original knob is the best design so far.

It seems to me like old radios stations selector (not to mention what other from the toilet it reminds me). Anyway, it's M5 tech, so like a M lover myself, I like it, but I would expected a little better design.

That knob is the sexy. I have one on mine, but I paid $80 for it.

Thank you for the comments!

It feels really good in your hand (LOL) I think it matches with the door pulls very nicely, and it brightens up the interior a bit.
