I own a 530i e60, and I am looking to buy a quality quad exhaust system at a good price, has anyone here at the forum every had install a quad system on their 530i? If so, what is the going price? How do you like it? Can you please email me a link of a vendor that does such medications on BMW's e60 530i's?
Thanks in advance.

I am in the middle of doing this to my 530i as well. I got the M5 bumper on, but need the exhaust.
The only true quad exhaust system I have found is RDsport. By true, I mean there are two pipes from front to back with one going to each side of the car. Some kits are just for show and have a pipe going from the driver's side muffler to the passenger's side outlet.
The RDsport kit is way expensive at like $3100 plus $400 for an 530i adapter. After looking into this for a few weeks, I have decided the best and most affordable solution is a custom exhaust. I am ordering the X-pipe, resonators, mufflers, and tips from Manaflow and Verocious motorsport. After I get them, I found a muffler shop to do the install in stainless.
Here are the tips I picked. I think they will look good with the M5 bumper.

We offer a quad system for the E60, here are some specifications :
1 muffler 2 outlet
304SS inside and out
441SS chrome plated resonated tips, 0010 78 tips are double walled.
Slightly covered in black ceramic paint for looks and to prevent damages
Clean, drone free sound with a deep note
Huge selection of tips, see picture
Note : Our right side outlet pipe is fully functionnal, it is NOT a dummy pipe. Installing 2 mufflers on the E60 is a hack job, you can install the mufflers vertically, which looks weird, and don't forget you are adding even more weight to a modification that should reduce weight. Running a 1 muffler 2 outlet layout is the most effective way to running a quad, it saves weight, it works, and sounds great.

Thanks Mike, and by the way what did you have to pay for your e60 M5 bumper? The best price I could get so far is $450.00 from my BMW Dealer.
Also how much did it cost you to get it painted and instialled on your Bimmer?
Thanks in advance.

If you can find any 3 x 7 x 14 or less same side offset, you're in business. Othterwise, dual 4" rounds is the best fit for less money. Jones or Magnaflow makes them, but you will get drone below 2000 rpm until the mufflers are turbo type.
