Depending on your driving ambitions you can go with one of the following two options (which are the ONLY two options that are available for dropping Xi):
1. You get H&R lowering springs (I think the ones for Xi are "sport", not "race") and pair them up with Europe-only (for now, they are going to be available in the States in a couple of months) Bilstein B8 aka Bilstein Sport shocks. This is a firmer ride than OEM, but civil and livable as a daily driver.
2. You get a set of KW v.3 coilovers. These are custom-made to order and will give you adjustability and possibly a more racy ride. The downside of this setup is a. cost, b. noise issues (youtube KW coilover rattle - you'll know what I'm talking about). It may also take longer to get the KWs since they are made to order and no one stocks them.
I have an Xi and I'm going with setup number one. Already got the springs, now waiting for a notification from Bilsten NA. But I don't have a 535 - with that much power under the hood, I may have opted for the more racy setup.
I think it looks good with fogs too, Howi
No K Sports for Xi  wish there were
but ain't nobody give us no love, mang
